This PR includes the following commits:

  • Add parser headers
  • Move declaration and instances of parser specific routines
  • Reorder parser callbacks
  • Rename sempAbortHashOnNonPrintable to sempUnicoreHashAbortOnNonPrintable
  • Rename abortNmeaOnNonPrintable to nmeaAbortOnNonPrintable
  • Rename SBF_TEST.ino to SBF_Test.ino
  • Rename SPARTN_TEST.ino to SPARTN_Test.ino
