Introduces a new 'agentInputEnterToSend' setting allowing users to control whether pressing Enter submits the input or inserts a new line in the web version. Updates the settings UI, schema, defaults, and translations for multiple languages. Adjusts AgentInput component to respect this setting.

Allows to provide "app-like" behavior to mobile UI by enabling the flag, while still preserving the current behavior for desktop web UI.
