build fails with jekyll-redirect-from-0.16.0 requires ruby version >= 2.4.0, which is incompatible with the current version, ruby 2.3.1p112

should we be looking for a volunteer (should we make a ticket) to move this repo (and the scala/scala-lang repo) to Ruby 2.4?

(note that I have almost zero idea what I'm asking, I know very little about the Ruby and Jekyll ecosystems)

Would not surprise me if this is out of the scope of this repo and needs to be done at the OS level (by Fabien?).

ah, that is surfacing dim memories of some past discussions. though it may be that the considerations from those discussion no longer apply

probably it makes sense to wait until there is some more specific or pressing reason to upgrade

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
