Describe the Bug

@payload-cms/next currently depends on @dnd-kit/core==6.0.8 and @dnd-kit/modifiers==9.0.0, but @dnd-kit/modifiers has a peer dependency on @dnd-kit/core^6.3.0.

I looked at the changelog for @dnd-kit/core and it seems safe to upgrade it to the latest version.
