I enabled auto-install of ncurses when a ncurses folder is in the linux examples' path. It shows some warnings in the build that should probably be addressed (for RF24Mesh ncurses examples too).

I was able to cross-compile and build the examples locally, but the CI encountered some linker error, so we're only building ncurses examples on the CI system default toolchain (amd64) because I can just use apt to install ncurses.
