I am engineering undergraduate @ Cornell 🌽 and researcher working roughly wiithin HCI, Wearables, and XR.

Most of my projects can be found on my website at peterhci.com. Some of what I've worked on include:

• gaussian splat localization
• consumer firebending
• giving AI control of your body through electrical muscle stimulation .
  • this one went viral (20M+ views across all platforms) and scared a lot of people ;-;

I also have co-authored 2 research papers at ACM CHI/UIST.

Prev. Experience

• Research Assistant @ Cornell: I currently conduct research at the Sci-Fi Lab under Prof. Cheng Zhang as well as the Happi Lab under Prof. Cara Nunez, focusing on fabricating textile-based dry electrodes for electrostimulation and sensing.

• Engineering Intern @ Mira: Built software and hardware for smartglasses with a display and always-on AI assistance.

• Summer Research Intern @ Cornell Tech: Previously worked under Prof. Thijs Roumen.
