This PR makes macOS to use the much more common Apple SD Gothic Neo instead of Nanum Gothic as the Korean font.

Apple SD Gothic Neo is Apple's default system Korean font family.

Unlike other macOS apps, only VS Code displays Nanum Gothic as the UI font, which is inconsistent with the other apps and unpleasant to look at. Disabling Nanum Gothic installed on macOS can temporarily fix this issue, but if you need to use Nanum Gothic for other purposes, it's a hassle to enable/disable the font every time.

This PR resolves this issue by raising the priority of Apple SD Gothic Neo, the default system Korean font for macOS.
