Fixes #206445

Change the default YAML extension to .yaml from .yml.
That is YAML's official recommendation: see https://yaml.org/faq

How to test

  1. Create a new file
  2. Press CTRL SHIFT P
  3. Select Change Language Mode and choose YAML
  4. Press CTRL S
  5. Notice that the extension is .yaml

I'm new to this, is there anything else I have to do before this is merged?
