Update to latest Verus: 2026-04-12

This PR updates all the projects to work with the latest Verus, as of 2026-04-12. That version of Verus fixes an issue that was preventing verification of projects like pmemlog, which have both a lib.rs and a main.rs.

The key changes were (1) updating pmemlog as suggested by the commit that fixed Verus, (2) updating a couple of projects to be compatible with Rust 1.94 by removing now-unnecessary feature invocations, and (3) updating the Cargo.toml files to invoke the most recent Verus crate, dated 2026-04-12.
