- Booking. A 10-minute slot hold, so two people cannot book the same court at the same moment. Reminders, cancellations and club payouts. More
- Payments. Stripe in 4 products: manual capture, Connect payouts, refunds and 3D Secure. Money moves only when a booking is really going ahead. More
- Inherited systems. I took over a live salon booking system. I fixed the 31 defects an audit had listed and cut the mobile payload from 17.2 MB to 1.7 MB. More
- Learning apps and AI. A Gemini OCR pipeline turns scanned textbooks into structured content. It has page timeouts, retries and recovery after a worker crash. More
- Mobile apps. I led a mobile team of 3 developers on 2 products and owned the App Store and Google Play releases. I worked on a padel booking app with 100K+ downloads on Google Play.
