Description

Adds an example of ruby-position: inter-character with bopomofo (zhuyin) annotations, plus a "See also" link to the zhuyin positioning section of CLReq.

Motivation

The page says inter-character is meant for bopomofo, but none of the examples show it. A short example makes the value easier to understand. Since browser support is limited right now, I added a one-line note that points to the compat table.

Hi @xfq no browser implements inter-character correctly, so even in Safari you won't see the right render output. What do you suggest we do? Acknowledge the situation and provide a screenshot of Safari as "current best attempt" (unlikely that Chromium will catch up any time soon), or just close this PR and wait until this value is actually properly supported somewhere?

Yeah, it might indeed be better to wait until browser implementations catch up before writing this. I'd like to keep the issue open, as I believe an example is useful.

Thanks, I think this is a bit early to take PRs for this issue—my bad. I'll re-triage that issue.
