DuckDB-wasm started making range requests for text files when provided as a
URL. Some APIs (noteably GitHub) do not support range requests. This meant that
text files (which require full download anyways) just failed to work.
This PR maually fetches text files (without range requests) and registered the contents
for DuckDB-wasm to use.
