Reset STA_ADV_CFG.dhcp_mode in reconnect, as it seems to not survive for some reason. Do les _CFG setting in reconnect()

bk72xx - Allow connecting to a specific BSSID via
bk_wlan_start_sta_advwhich is bssid-aware, instead ofbk_wlan_start_stawhich is not, and falling back tobk_wlan_start_stawhen one is not present (fast_connect).
