We need a cron, job or something similar to run every day to validate if deployment age is more than one week

• Create deployment for a job
• Job must be run once a day and check if any deployment age is more than one week
• Job must not be delete important resources like default, kube-system and/or monitoring stack (can use ServiceAccount)
• Job or deployment must to have minimum security principles
