Hi there 👋

This is Javier! I'm a

  • 📖 Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology by the University Carlos III of Madrid
  • 🏢 Former member of the ROOT project at CERN (2019, 2020-2023) working in RNTuple (the new, experimental ROOT columnar I/O) and Cling (a LLVM and clang-based C++ interpreter)
  • 📜 Low-level and high-performance C / C++ software engineer; focus on LLVM / clang, Linux kernel, embedded devices, and high-performance I/O
  • 🚴 Hobbies: digital electronics, cooking, cycling
