@sduskis can you please take a look?

    I'm seeing things like this:

io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: PERMISSION_DENIED: Access denied. Missing IAM permission: bigtable.tables.delete.

The account / project that runs the test needs Bigtable admin permissions. I don't know which project and account that is, so I can't do much myself, but I'm happy to work with someone who has owner access.

@sduskis How do we add the IAM permission to the service account used for running the integration tests? The service account has Owner role on the test project.

I added the Bigtable Admin permission to the service account.

@andreamlin, did that fix the test?

@garrettjonesgoogle Can you rerun the CI build?

@sduskis No, https://circleci.com/gh/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-java/8495 is still failing due to the missing IAM permission.

    Internal bug 111314727 filed.

@sduskis Seems like https://circleci.com/gh/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-java/8939?utm_campaign=build-failed&utm_content=failing-command&utm_medium=email#tests/containers/0/actions/103 is failing on TableAdminClientIT.java, which doesn't use "glcoud-devel" as I had thought, but rather project "sduskis-hello-shakespear". Are all the permissions correct there?

Good catch. Someone hardcoded my project. I'm assigning this to @igorbernstein2, who knows more about the test setup than I do.
