On some uv versions (reported with 0.5.9) uv run artemis mcp --install all runs python artemis mcp ..., treating artemis as the local directory instead of the console script. That puts the package directory on sys.path, so artemis/platform shadows the stdlib platform module and installation fails with an ImportError.

This switches the MCP install command in start.sh (and the retry/skip hints it prints) to uv run python -m artemis, which start.sh already uses for launching the UI.

Only start.sh is changed. The README and mcp_server/README.md still show uv run artemis ...; I can update those too if you'd like. Checked with bash -n start.sh; I did not run the full installer.

Fixes #106

On some uv versions (reported with 0.5.9), 'uv run artemis' resolves
'artemis' to the local package directory and runs it as a script. That
puts the directory on sys.path and artemis/platform shadows the stdlib
platform module, so MCP installation fails with an ImportError.

Use 'uv run python -m artemis', matching the script's existing UI launch
command, for the install and the retry/skip hints.
