Align contract assertions with the new defaults: `gemini-3.8-flash` for `generate`, `agent run`, and the `models` catalog, and `gemini-3.8-flash-tts` for `tts`.
The `generate-default-model` scenario asserts the CLI's default text model, which is now `gemini-3.8-flash`. Align the mock server's fallback model and models listing, and the README's example invocation.

The CLI's default models were recently updated (for example,
generateandagent runnow usegemini-3.8-flash, andttsnow usesgemini-3.8-flash-tts). This PR updates the contract tests and the harness-comparison evals to expect the new defaults.
