What did you do?

The Go 1.26 linker documentation (https://go.dev/doc/go1.26#linker) states that moduledata has been moved into a dedicated section.

What did you see happen?

However, this change does not appear to be applied on Windows targets. It would be helpful to understand why Windows is excluded from this behavior.

What did you expect to see?

Is this related to PE/COFF format limitations, implementation status, or other technical constraints?
