Gulp as the build system, Sass for styling and Bower in order to manage front-end dependencies.

You need to have Gulp and Bower installed globally in order to get started. You can use npm: npm install -g gulp bower

• npm install in order to install the required Node modules
• bower install in order to install the required Bower packages
• gulp serve you're done!
