Currently the default-config assumes FvwmConsole exists. This makes the default-config check for FvwmConsole and FvwmPrompt and add correct menu entries for the tool that is found. This also adds FvwmMFL to the list of modules started by default so FvwmCommand and FvwmPrompt work without modification in the default-config.
