Information about bug

Till 2 weeks ago, we were following this path to complete our manufacturing process -

1. Create WO -> Select Transfer Material Against to "Work Order"
2. Create Pick List and submit it
3. Create Stock Entry from this Pick List "Material Transfer for Manufacture" and move the stock to WIP warehouse.
4. Once Pick List is completed, we were able to see "Finish" button on WO which was triggering "Manufacture" SE to create FG stock for WO completion.

However, since last 2 weeks, we are observing that -

1. We create WO
2. Create Pick List
3. Create SE from Pick List, but the WO does not show "Finish" button, or the WO is not started as well.
4. As a work around, we are creating Manufacture SE by referencing the WO, and its getting updated with the qtys produced, but there is still not any option to finish the WO

If you observe this image, the WO is still in "Not Started" but we could produce 12K items against that WO.
