docs: Deletes the Genkit sample apps, as they migrate from here to the Firebase quickstart-nodejs repo.
A companion PR (#301), in branch i1521-2 of that repo, places the files there.

DO NOT MERGE THIS PR UNTIL THAT ONE IS MERGED.
