[Dev UI] Dev UI app-bar gets scrollbars when screen size is reduced #2237

Describe the bug
Scroll bars in the app bar
To Reproduce
- Go to datasets
- select a dataset
- select an eval run under the dataset
- app-bar will show scrollbars if the visible area is not large enough
Expected behavior
No scroll bars, truncated elements in the app-bar
