Updated instructions to burn the bootolader on the R4 wifi #515

Description

I accidentally broke the bootloader while messing around with trying to run tinygo on an uno R4 wifi.

The directions at https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-renesas/tree/main/bootloaders/UNO_R4#rocket-how-to-load-bootloader-uno-r4-wifi are currently broken. the "temporary" patch command fails, and if you skip it, the makefile command fails - it seems to expect there to be a single makefile at the tinyusb/examples/ level, and there isn't.

I'll dig a little deeper myself... maybe going back to the 2yr old versions of the various repos is the fastest way forward for me? But felt it was worth calling out that the instructions are out of date, especially if anyone here actually knows how to do this & updating them is straightforward.
