I have noticed the AngularServiceWorkerPlugin is exported as default so to get a reference to the plugin one should be using :

const AngularServiceWorkerPlugin = require('@angular/service-worker/webpack').default;

Also fixing a little typo when calling the plugin "Plugion" to "Plugin"
