Fix syntax error in the generated ui script.

Body IK: remove Copy Scale from controls and support use_uniform_scale.

Support the new option to control uniform scale support,
and move Copy Scale constraints from the Mid IK controls
to match Rigify master changes.

Fix Body IK if scaling is applied to the rig object.

Add an option to generate split X/Z eyelid follow sliders.

By default use the shared slider and multiply its value
by the split metarig X and Z values to simplify controls.
