  • Adds builds for python 3.13
  • Switch to newer aimrocks

TODO

  • launch build workflow
  • test
  • merge Python 3.13 builds aimrocks#38 with version 0.6.0
  • change aimrocks requirements to 0.6.0 here
  • bump up version and release

EDIT: I'm a newcomer to the codebase - curious though, are there things that I could help with that would expedite this getting landed?
