soon to make one for vr-markup

usage

to push to mozvr's GitHub Pages:

npm run ghpages

to push to @cvan's GitHub Pages:

npm run ghpages -- cvan

this works beautifully, but let's try to remove the node script, so we just have the single bash script

rewrote this so all the gh-pages logic (plus support for origin vs. personal remotes) is contained in one node script

commands are in the README, but here they are:

to publish to MozVR's GitHub Pages

npm run ghpages

to publish to your GitHub Pages

npm run ghpages dmarcos

going to merge this. folks, let me know if you want me to tweak this.

going to copy this to vr-markup. maybe one day I'll upstream these full changes to gh-pages.

I made a PR against gh-pages to support the repo URL magic to support non-upstream/origin remotes from the gh-pages CLI.
