Enables the dev to set the look of the cursor by passing through a reference to a material. As a convenient shorthand, would also be nice to be able to simply define a color. If both a color and a material are added, the color is disregarded. Whatever the implementation, it should be consistent with the rest of our objects.

Some of logic for this seems to be in vr-cursor already, but it does not seem to be working (testing with latest dev branch with new PBR implementation).
