if scene has assets, defined camera not overriding default camera #1723

Description:

Because we wait for assets to load before entity initialization, it delays the camera component attaching to the scene. This means when the scene checks for defined cameras, it may not have yet initialized.

I have a solution in place that waits for scene to load completely before the camera check.
