Hi :) 👋

Welcome to my GitHub profile. My day-to-day background is in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, Kubernetes operations and software, I also lead the internal Cloud Networking community in Google. In my spare time, I enjoy tinkering with local AI models, building small multi-agent experiments, building web games, and contributing minor fixes and documentation improvements to open-source projects I use.

What I'm Working On & Exploring

  • aaarel/local-gemma-harness-and-swarm — A personal project and testing harness for experimenting with local Gemma models and lightweight multi-agent workflows.
  • Cloud & Platform Engineering — Hands-on work with Kubernetes (GKE), infrastructure-as-code, cloud networking, and observability setups (including past tutorial contributions to GoogleCloudPlatform/gke-monitoring-tutorial).
  • Community & Open-Source Contributions — Submitting small documentation cleanups, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements to AI and cloud repositories like google/adk-python and googleapis/python-genai.
