Simple QML based program

Features

Load video file using native dialog platform API.
Have a play and pause buttons and a progress slider.
Slider also allow user to drag to seek playback position of the video file that’s being played.
Ability to pinch to zoom on the video and pan.
Allow click to adjust slider
Allow click on body Window to move
