Since the changes in #363, on pages like /api/v3/Steeltoe.CircuitBreaker.Hystrix.html, the TOC gets very long and something in bootstrap or docfx pushes the version selection buttons out of view (the content is still there, it just appears to be behind the header and isn't visible anymore).

Resizing the page to 768 pixels or less restores the version selector (until the page is reloaded)

Freshly loaded:

Resized to < 768px

Resized to > 768

The CSS properties of all elements in this area before, during and after the resizing aren't providing any clues to me.

For what it's worth, the TOC is an offcanvas component
