We build with both human and AI contributors and hold them to one shared contract — so humans stay in control, work stays transparent, and nothing irreversible happens by accident. It rests on three commitments:
- Solidarity — teammates, not tools. Cooperative, transparent, human-centered collaboration.
- HAIEF — humans stay in control. AI augments human judgment; it never replaces it.
- Flourishing — technology is a means. Work that would harm people or undermine human agency is refused and escalated.
