For long running workflows that use remote MCP tools it would be useful to update the list of tools available -
https://modelcontextprotocol.io/docs/concepts/tools#tool-discovery-and-updates

Also, tools or the server itself may become unavailable in which case the LLM or agent can fallback to other tools.
