This PR adds the possibility of loading and saving to a subfolder in a repo. See: https://huggingface.co/stephantulkens/temp2 for an example. This allows you to save multiple model2vec models in a single repo, or to save a model2vec model in a sentence transformer repo (e.g., the distilled model2vec model with your transformer)
