Azure migrate no longer supports Agent based dep map. However customer can go ahead and install azure monitor insights on the source but Azure migrate won't be providing any support for them

Updates the dependency visualization documentation to reflect that Azure Migrate no longer supports agent-based dependency mapping and points users to Azure Monitor VM Insights as an alternative.
Changes:
- Replaces Service Map / MMA-based guidance with Azure Monitor VM Insights guidance.
- Removes the detailed agent-based comparison section and agent-based setup link.
- Adds pricing note for Log Analytics charges when using agent-based dependency analysis via Azure Monitor.
