The problem is here:

pypandoc/pypandoc/pandoc_download.py

Line 61 in 7111c16

regex = re.compile(fr"/jgm/pandoc/releases/download/.*(?:{processor_architecture}|x86|mac).*\.(?:msi|deb|pkg)")

Affects other packages that rely on pypandoc.
