Add serialization and local storage functionality

Bump version from 0.2.14 to 0.2.15

Automatically select new blank tab when created

Remove lodash/uuid, fix dependency structure, bump to 0.2.12

- Move react/react-dom out of dependencies (keep in peerDependencies only)
- Replace lodash (~71KB) with native JS + klona (~400B) and dequal (~500B)
- Replace uuid with native crypto.randomUUID()
- Remove unused ts-loader, @types/lodash, @types/uuid from devDependencies
- Fix useMemo anti-pattern in Layman.tsx (derive values instead of setState)
- Fix tsconfig lib to ESNext to match target
