'Polaris' seeks to compress the time investment of discovery by automating these key tasks:
Standardizing User Interview Documentation: Provide uniform and consistent summaries of user interviews simply by providing the transcript and/or a few basic notes.
Sumarizing direct feedback channels: Categorize, summarize, and tag direct channels like email, forums, social media, app-store reviews, etc.
Get Insights: Transform data into a more structured form for sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, and Q&A functions to get direct insights.
