Describe the bug

1. Build an agent A: enable "require human input" in Agent Tools part
2. Build an agent B: connect to ExecuteFlow (agent A)

Trigger HITL case in agent B but no approve/reject button show

To Reproduce

1. Create an agent with tool (eanble "require human input")
2. Treat it as node ExecuteFlow
3. Create an agent to connect it
4. Chat then trigger tool (to ask)

Expected behavior

Display approve/reject button for user to judge

Screenshots

No action (approve/reject button) in chat, but it works in executions list
