View persmission for chatflow and agentflow configurations #5602

Feature Description
In order to have 'an eye' on foreign workspaces I created a read-only user/role.
This user should not modify anything, but may assist with hints to the users.
Therefor the role needs also permission to view-only the configurations of the chats and agents.
Wirh 3.0.11 this not possible yet.
