What is this PR about?
This PR introduces a new section in the Settings block called “User interface” from which you can customize the appearance of Dokploy.
For now, I have only added the Login Page image field to change the background image of that page, but the idea would be to introduce more features to expand the customization options (theme, color scheme, icons, etc.).
Any feedback is welcome!

PS: The only drawback I've noticed is that with the test image I uploaded, the logo doesn't display correctly because it's black. This is where a new possible feature comes into play, which would be the ability to modify that logo.
