Fix Jaimini padas and chara dasha: use the v1 paths (404 on v2) - #4

Both methods posted to /indian-api/v2/jaimini-astrology/{padas,
chara-dasha}, which astroapi-3 does not serve: every call came back
HTTP 404 and threw DivineApiException. Found while testing DV-459.
Probed live on 2026-10-02 with the DV-459 reference chart: on v1 all
four Jaimini routes return success 1; on v2 only planetary-positions
answers and padas, karakamsha-lagna and chara-dasha are 404. The Node
SDK and the Indian MCP already use v1 for both methods.
Ships in the v1.11.0 tag.
Verified with a fresh composer install of this tree: all five Jaimini
methods (planetary positions, padas, karakamsha lagna, chara dasha,
swamsa chart) return success 1.
