Ensure you have Bun installed on your system.

bun install

Create a .env file in both apps/server/ and apps/web/:

bun run db:push
bun run db:generate

Run the entire stack (Frontend + Backend):

bun run dev

• Web Dashboard → http://localhost:3001
• API Server → http://localhost:3000

Optimized for Cloudflare via Alchemy:

cd apps/web
bun run deploy
