Thank you for your great work on maintaining this library!

I wanted to ask whether there is any timeline or plan to support Node.js 22 officially.
Currently, there are no prebuilt binaries available for this version, and installation requires manual compilation with Python and native build tools — which can be problematic for teams, especially on Windows.

I’ve personally tested the installation process using Node.js 22 by setting up Python and all required tools. The installation completed successfully, and the project ran without any errors.
However, this is not a practical setup for our whole development team.

Since Node.js 20 is working fine and is officially supported until April 2026, we are currently sticking with that version. But we’d appreciate any info about when Node.js 22 might be officially supported by canvas.
