ONE COMPANY. ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY.

From daily alert
to your next application.

Find the opportunity, build the response and keep track of what happened. Your company information stays ready for the next bid.

01 / FIND AND OPEN
↗   Your source document
PDFDOCXTXT

Find the work worth pursuing.

Open the exact opportunity from your daily alert. Check the official notice and amendments, then add the buyer's bid documents. Alert notice text gives you a starting point; separate attachments still need to be added.

02 / BUILD WITH EVIDENCE
↗   Show the source

Build once. Reuse what matters.

Reuse saved company details, PDF, DOCX and TXT files saved in your company library, and approved answers. AI drafts keep their source evidence. Supported fillable PDF text fields can use facts you have explicitly reviewed; check each completed form.

03 / MAKE IT YOURS
✓   Company facts reviewed
Your final approval   ↗

Review, send and follow through.

Check missing answers, the exact message, recipient, price and files. Where the buyer explicitly accepts email bids, confirm the final send in BidBell. For portal-only bids, follow the guided handoff to the buyer's portal. Changes require a fresh review.

LESS SCATTERED. MORE FOCUSED.

Your business.
Your bids.
Your workspace.

A focused place to prepare, check and finish the work. The example below illustrates the workflow, not a real customer bid.

USEFUL WHERE IT COUNTS

The details
make the
difference.

01

Know where a requirement came from.

Keep the document and page connected to each requirement. Return to the original wording instead of relying on memory.

02

Keep your pricing work to yourself.

Build cost, overhead and margin estimates in the workspace. Internal cost details stay out of the response package you export.

03

Make the final review a real step.

Check unanswered requirements and unfinished text. Review your files and buyer-facing price before sending. Changing the work invalidates that approval. Your submission history distinguishes mail-server acceptance from a confirmed buyer receipt.

YOUR COSTS. YOUR CALL.

A good response
starts with
sound numbers.

See the difference between cost and selling price. BidBell keeps your internal calculations separate from your buyer-facing response.

TRY A SIMPLE EXAMPLE ↘
THE NUMBERS BEHIND THE BIDExample only
Total cost$1,200
10%40%
Calculated selling price$1,500.00
Estimated gross profit$300.00

Price = cost ÷ (1 − margin). This illustration assumes $1,200 total cost, including overhead. It does not include tax or buyer-specific pricing rules.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your questions.
Clear answers.

How does one trial cover both?+

Start with your alert preferences, then create and verify your workspace account using the same email. Once your signup is processed, your existing alert trial dates also control preparation access. Registration does not restart or extend the trial. At the end, choose whether to continue for US$39/month.

What can I do in the workspace?+

Open the opportunity from your alert, add the buyer's documents, reuse saved company details and files from your company library, and build answers with source-linked AI. Complete supported fillable PDF text fields from explicitly reviewed facts. Check missing information, your buyer-facing price and exact files before sending a supported email bid or continuing in the buyer's portal. Review every AI suggestion.

Which businesses can use BidBell?+

Daily alerts currently support janitorial, carpet, window and exterior cleaning. The document preparation tools can help with other service bids you bring, but broader alert coverage is not included. Always check the full buyer notice and any specialist requirements.

Can I send my bid from BidBell?+

Yes, for supported email submissions where the original buyer instructions explicitly specify the submission recipients. Review the current notice, exact deadline, message, price and attachments, then confirm the final send yourself. Portal-only bids use a guided handoff to the buyer's portal. BidBell does not sign declarations or automatically apply everywhere. Mail-server acceptance does not prove buyer receipt, and uncertain delivery is not automatically retried.

What happens to my pricing calculations?+

Your internal cost breakdown stays in your workspace. It is excluded from buyer-facing files. Only a price you explicitly choose and review belongs in your offer; review the exact message and attachments before sending.

What if a document is scanned or incomplete?+

Pages with no readable text need your attention. Check the original source, obtain a readable copy or arrange OCR separately. You remain responsible for reviewing all forms, attachments, deadlines and amendments.

Does a ready package guarantee a win?+

No. Readiness checks help identify missing answers and unfinished text. They do not certify compliance or eligibility, and the buyer decides which bid wins.
