Hello and welcome to the 160th edition of the Screenshot of the Week!

To submit a screenshot, simply post it as an answer to this question, but please take note of the following:

  • One screenshot per post, and one post per person, please!
  • Limited picture modifications are allowed, such as cropping, simple filters, and blurring of identifying info such as names, but not adding other images or text.
  • To ensure a fair playing field, please post screenshots you've taken yourself rather than ones you found online.
  • Stack Exchange’s Code of Conduct still applies - so if it would be unacceptable to post normally, it’s unacceptable here.

Also, try to avoid pictures that include spoilers. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this contest, so the less spoilers the better.

How long will the contest run?

We will accept submissions for a week, until February 2, 2026, then have a second week-long period where only voting will be accepted. This is to give every submission, even those posted at the end of the first week, a chance to be voted on by everyone.

After the end of the second week, at the end of the day on February 9, 2026, we will count upvotes only to determine the winning screenshot, which will be featured for a week on the main site's photo widget.

As a reminder, we're always accepting suggestions for themed weeks, and have compiled that suggestion process into a question of its own. Additionally, there is the hall of fame you can check out that contains all the previous contest winners.

The AI Opponent softlocked itself by making a giant traffic jam in .

With boths its harvesters stuck it could no longer collect any more resources, even though there is a perfectly good open path way to its right, it insisted on sending all its vehicles to the left.

Behold the end of the world approaching!

From the level "The End" in New Adventures. In order to win the level you have to trigger a wave of destruction and carefully maneuver things so that you can survive. This is what is looks like. If you look at the rules emptiness is literally eating everything.

The ol’ 1998 PowerBook G3 still works!

A screenshot from an old Macintosh running operating system Mac OS 8.5. On the desktop there’s the Macintosh HD, Trash, and a couple of pictures. There’re shortcuts to: Documents, SimpleText, Microsoft Word, ClarisWorks, and Mavis Beacon™ 2.0. Mavis Beacon is open at the landing screen showing an image of a office desk with an old typewriter on it.

I was able to transfer the screenshots to my newer (2017) computer via floppy disk, but the capacity of the disks (720 KB) is so low that only two screenshots fit at time.

I couldn’t set the correct year though — it maxes out at 2019 for some reason, so I have it set to 1926.
