Vadesecure n 1 in email security # msp cyberattacksFrederic Braut a partagé ceciAs some of you may have seen, last month I joined the team at Vade Secure, as Sr Director of Sales – North America! Initially I kept this somewhat quiet. I wanted to take some time to implement an important lesson previous leaders had shared with me, which is simply - Listen and learn in your first month. During the past month, I’ve contacted a few of you as part of that learning process. I’m excited about Vade Secure for a few reasons. First, it’s technology: AI leveraging 1 Billion+ mailboxes under protection giving us a tremendous aggregate learning capability; Native API integration with M365; white label capabilities and more. I also joined the company for the people. There is a definitive esprit de corps and passion here that’s infectious. Over the coming weeks and months, I hope to discuss Vade Secure with the MSPs I'm connected with, to see if there is an opportunity for us to work together again. For those that have already taken my call, I want to again say thanks! I realize there are hundreds of vendors out there, and when someone is open to taking my call, I’m very appreciative. Moi je me souviens d un jeune premier que j avais débauché de chez Swisscom il y a 21 ans ..sur les conseils de son cher Oncle Patrick …. Les premières lessons de vente ont été amusantes (te souviens tu Micka d un 2 dec en bas du Plaza Athénée)ou tu m as dit « on a rendez vous ? » je t ai dit non ..on va faire semblant , le DG va descendre et on va se faire sortir par la sécurité MAIS tu verras on le signera avant le 31 décembre … 😊 .. tu m as dit « t es dingue « … on a signé.. belle anecdote mais qui reflète bien ce su est ce merveilleux métier de la vente ou l audace est roi , là où tu as excellé!! When I joined the Procurement department in 1986, I could never imagined where this journey would take me. Looking back, I feel immense gratitude and pride . Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing from handling my first project on local Procurement level and together working on Global projects. Without the Procurement team I never could perform and like to thank them Sanne Terlouw during our AtosOrigin period, thank you Sanne, appreciated! Rik Franken during our ENECO/ACN period and the many hours driving A27 talking about Indofood, thanks Rikkie Ingrid Van Zijl: thanks Ingrid it was a pleasure. What we put in front of the room: a voice-first AI platform that keeps older adults connected to the people they love. No menu, no button, just voice. President's Club took the SSG team to Marbella this year, with the final evening a white night dinner at Nikki Beach Club. Plus ones were part of the celebration too – I truly think they’re the real support system behind every number we deliver, so they earned their seats at the table. This year also marked the 10th anniversary of our LoveOn foundation. The ESG activity had us building planters and painting signposts for a local village working to reverse depopulation and attract new visitors. Some of the artwork was genuinely excellent. Some of it was... not. And a few of us proved that a handheld electric screwdriver requires more supervision than any risk assessment accounted for. Watched the sunset with Sue after the party wound down. Good people, good work, good reason to celebrate. Sue and I had a great time. #PresidentsClub #Lenovo #LoveOn

Frederic Braut a aimé ceciFrederic Braut a aimé ceciThe Asian Games are in full swing, and it was a great moment to kick off our new partnership with the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), with Lenovo becoming its Official Solutions and Services Partner. ⚡ We’ve been supporting major sporting events for more than two decades, and this partnership gives us a chance to bring that experience to even more of Asia’s biggest sporting moments. You can see that experience in action at the 20th Asian Games and 5th Asian Para Games happening now, where we’re helping the teams behind the scenes run the event, giving media faster access to content so they can tell stories faster, and supporting better experiences for athletes and fans. Events at this scale show just how much technology can do, and sport is one of the best tests of AI I know. The same AI, computer vision and digital twins being used in factories and manufacturing can also support athlete performance, officiating and event operations. And technology is only part of the story. Great sporting moments come from strong partnerships, understanding what each event needs, and empowering teams on the ground to succeed. Having watched Asia's love of sport and innovation grow side by side, I'm excited to pair our major event expertise with OCA's deep knowledge of Asian sport. Frederic Braut a aimé ceciFrederic Braut a aimé ceci🩸 Combats de coqs : une tradition au goût de sang En haut de nos clochers ou brodé sur les maillots sportifs, le coq figure parmi les emblèmes les plus anciens de notre pays. Pourtant, en 2026, cet animal continue à être cruellement exploité au nom de la ‘’tradition’’. Dans le Nord de la France et certains territoires d’outre-mer, des combats de coqs sont encore organisés. Bien souvent équipés de lames fixées à leurs pattes, ces nobles et fiers animaux sont jetés dans une arène appelée gallodrome, pour qu’ils s’y affrontent jusqu’à la mort. Le public, lui, parie sur leur souffrance sans se soucier des conséquences et de la cruauté de cette pratique qui, malheureusement, reste autorisée par la loi, au même titre que la corrida. La FBB combat ce ‘’divertissement’’ malsain et barbare depuis des années et réagit, dès qu’elle le peut, aux multiples signalements qu’elle reçoit régulièrement sur le sujet. A ce titre, en 2021, la FBB avait réussi à faire interdire les combats de coqs à Norrent-Fontes après avoir saisi le Préfet. Aujourd’hui et en dépit du fait que la loi interdise la création de nouveaux gallodromes, des signalements continuent à nous parvenir. A cet effet, des combats de coqs seraient à nouveau organisés à Hantay, dans le Nord. La FBB condamne la persistance de cette pratique honteuse d’un autre siècle et demande à nouveau au législateur et au Gouvernement d’y mettre enfin un terme ! Les autorités préfectorales, quant à elles, doivent redoubler de vigilance lorsque des demandes d'autorisation d'organisation de combats de coqs leur sont soumises et vérifier qu’aucun gallodrome ne sorte plus de terre.

Seeing the factory and getting a closer look at how we bring our solutions to life was a great experience — but even more valuable was the time spent together, exchanging ideas, sharing experiences and having open conversations about what’s ahead. A key topic was Lenovo TruScale for the AI era — helping businesses adopt AI without major upfront investments, with flexible consumption and financing options to build the right financial model for different scenarios. In times of price volatility and supply chain challenges, that flexibility matters. Qu’y aura-t-il après l’IA ? Peut-être la convergence de l’IA, du quantique et du calcul intensif. Oracle et Quantinuum annoncent en effet intégrer l’informatique quantique Helios directement à Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) aux côtés des infrastructures d’IA, de GPU et de calcul haute performance (HPC). Une annonce d'autant plus passionnante que les prochaines avancées majeures dans la découverte de médicaments, les nouveaux matériaux, la finance ou encore l’optimisation à grande échelle, pourraient nécessiter de faire fonctionner toutes ces technologies ensemble, plutôt que de manière isolée. Une nouvelle illustration de l’ambition d’Oracle : faire d’OCI la plateforme où convergent les technologies qui façonneront la prochaine génération de l’informatique d’entreprise : IA et quantique.
